Ready-made furniture is designed for the “average” home – standard sizes rarely match your walls, niches and ceilings. The result is empty gaps, furniture that doesn’t reach the ceiling and space nobody uses.

Custom furniture starts from the other end – from your home. We measure every room and design the furniture so that it fits to the centimetre, uses the full height and looks like part of the room:

Kitchen. The heart of the home and the biggest project: straight, L-shaped, U-shaped or with an island, with tall appliance units and cabinets up to the ceiling. Kitchens start from €1,000 per linear metre – more on our custom kitchens page.

Bedroom. A fitted wardrobe from floor to ceiling, bed, bedside tables and chest of drawers in one style. The wardrobe is organised inside around your clothes.

Living room. TV walls and units with hidden cabling, bookcases, display cabinets and storage.

Hallway. A wardrobe for coats, a shoe cabinet, a bench and a mirror – in the narrowest and busiest part of the home.

Kids’ room. A bed with storage, a desk, shelves and a wardrobe – practical solutions that leave room to play.

A fitted wardrobe takes up the whole wall or niche – floor to ceiling and wall to wall. Doors are sliding or hinged, depending on the space in front of the wardrobe. Sliding mirrored doors take up no room and make the space look larger, which is why they are often chosen for smaller bedrooms.

Inside, we organise the wardrobe around your clothes:

• sections for long and short garments;
• shelves and drawers, including soft-close drawers;
• a pull-down rail for the upper section;
• space for shoes, suitcases and seasonal items at the top.

We also make walk-in closets – in a separate room or in part of a room. You see all the interior fittings in the 3D design before production.

Kitchens start from €1,000 per linear metre – a kitchen 3 m long along one wall starts from around €3,000. The price of wardrobes and other furniture depends entirely on the project: which pieces are included, the sizes, the materials of the fronts and the hardware. One cabinet and furnishing a whole apartment are completely different projects.

That is why we come to your address free of charge, take exact measurements and prepare a 3D design with a clear quote – with no obligation. The quote includes materials, manufacture, delivery and installation.

When furniture is made for several rooms, you get a room-by-room quote and can see what each room costs. That way you can decide what to do now and what later. Payment is in two parts – before the work starts and after it is finished, as set out in the quote.

When we make furniture for more than one room, we work to a single plan:

1. Conversation – what you need, in which rooms, the style and budget. You can send photos and the floor plan on Viber.
2. Measuring all the rooms – within 24 hours, free of charge, anywhere in Sofia.
3. 3D design of the whole home – you see how the furniture looks in every room and how it works together.
4. Room-by-room quote – you see what each room costs.
5. Manufacture and installation on a schedule – usually the kitchen first, then wardrobes and the rest.

Manufacture and installation usually take 2–4 weeks in total after the design is approved, depending on the scope. You can design all the rooms at once and have the furniture made in stages – the budget is spread over time, and the home still looks consistent.

In many Sofia apartments – especially new builds – the kitchen is open to the living room. The kitchen units then become part of the living-room interior and have to look like furniture, not like “a kitchen”.

• The same fronts for the kitchen and the TV wall – the two zones read as one.
• Hidden appliances – integrated fridge and dishwasher behind fronts, cooker hood built into a cabinet.
• An island or breakfast bar as the boundary between kitchen and living room – a place for breakfast and for cooking while facing your guests.

Panel blocks. In Lyulin, Mladost, Druzhba, Nadezhda and Ovcha Kupel the rooms are smaller and the ceilings lower. This is where custom furniture gains the most: wardrobes with sliding doors, cabinets up to the ceiling, kitchens built around pipes and shafts. Every centimetre is used.

Older buildings. In the Centre, Lozenets, Oborishte and Iztok ceilings are high and walls are rarely straight. Tall furniture uses the full height, and precise measuring absorbs the irregularities so no gaps show.

New builds. In the new neighbourhoods – Malinova Dolina, Krastova Vada, Manastirski Livadi, Vitosha, Boyana – the kitchen is often open to the living room, and apartments have niches, columns and spaces intended for walk-in closets. The living room is the first thing guests see, and its furniture has to combine looks and storage. Most often we make:

• TV walls – with low cabinets, wall-hung modules and shelves, and hidden cabling so no cables or extension leads are visible.
• Wall units and bookcases – floor to ceiling, combining open and closed modules.
• Display cabinets – with glass doors and lighting.
• Cabinets around windows and in niches – with seating on top.

If the living room is open to the kitchen, the TV wall can use the same fronts as the kitchen units – so both zones look like one whole.

A kids’ room is usually small, yet it needs space for sleeping, studying, clothes, toys and play. Custom furniture solves this with:
