How much does a custom kitchen cost in Sofia?
Custom kitchens start from €1,000 per linear metre, and the smallest kitchens from around €3,000. The final price depends on size, layout, materials and hardware. We come to your address free of charge, take exact measurements and give you a clear quote before any work starts – with no hidden costs.

Are delivery and installation included?
Yes. Delivery, carrying up to your flat and installation in Sofia are included in the price, at no extra cost.

How is a linear metre calculated for an L-shaped kitchen?
The lengths of both sides along the walls are added together. A 2.4 m + 1.8 m kitchen is about 4.2 linear metres. Islands and breakfast bars are priced separately.

Are appliances included in the price?
Usually not – appliances, sink and tap are chosen separately, and we leave exact spaces for them and build them in during installation. On request we can supply appliances from leading brands together with the kitchen. We clarify everything in the quote.

Is the worktop included in the price per linear metre?
The starting price is for a kitchen with a standard worktop. If you choose quartz, granite or another stone, the worktop is priced separately and you see it clearly as a line in the quote.

Can a custom kitchen cost the same as a ready-made one?
Sometimes yes — for a straight kitchen with basic materials the difference is small, and you get a kitchen made exactly to the size of the room. More complex custom kitchens cost more, but they use the space fully and last much longer.

Are there any hidden costs?
No. The quote is line by line — carcass, doors, worktop, hardware, mechanisms, lighting, delivery and installation. What is in the quote is the final price.

Yes. Bulgaria joined the eurozone on 1 January 2026, and all our prices and quotes are in euros.

How much does a kitchen with an island cost?
The kitchen is priced from €1,000 per linear metre, and the island is priced separately — depending on its size and what will go into it. You get the exact price after the free measuring visit and 3D design.

How much does custom furniture cost?

How much does it cost to furnish an apartment?
It depends on which furniture you need. Kitchens start from €1,000 per linear metre, while wardrobes, hallway, living room and bedroom are priced per project. After the free measuring visit you get a quote by room and by line item.

What is included in the price?

Can I send a plan or photos in advance?

Can I change the design after I see it in 3D?
Yes. Changes to the 3D design before production are free — doors, colours, interior layout, handles.

Do you work with my architect or interior designer?
Yes. If you have an interior design, we make the furniture to it and agree the details with your architect. If not, we do the 3D furniture design ourselves.

Can you work from the developer’s floor plan?
Yes, for the initial design. For production we always measure on site, because real dimensions almost always differ from the drawing by a few centimetres.

Custom kitchens
We make straight, L-shaped and U-shaped kitchens and kitchens with an island to the exact size of the room – with tall appliance units, wall units up to the ceiling and Blum hardware.
Can I see the kitchen before it is made?
Yes. Before production you get a free 3D design showing the layout, colours and lighting. Changes at this stage are free.

Do you do the plumbing and electrics for the kitchen?
Yes, if you would like us to – we take care of the plumbing and electrical work for the kitchen. Scope and cost are agreed in the quote.

Do you make kitchens for panel-block apartments?
Yes. We design around the pipes, shaft and radiator and take the wall units up to the ceiling so no space is wasted.

Can I have a handleless kitchen?
Yes. We make kitchens with hidden handles, with a profile along the top edge of the front or with a push-to-open system. It is a common choice for kitchens open to the living room.

Do you remove the old kitchen and do plumbing and electrics?
Yes. If needed, we remove the old kitchen, and where necessary we also do the plumbing and electrical work for the new one – all from one contractor.

Why do two quotes for “the same” kitchen differ so much?
Because they are rarely the same kitchen. The difference comes from the carcass and door materials, the type of worktop, the brand of hinges and runners, the number of drawers and mechanisms, the edging and the guarantee. Compare quotes line by line, not just the total.

Do you also supply appliances?
Yes, if you wish. We can supply appliances from leading brands together with the kitchen, so that everything comes from one contractor. We confirm the models and the price in the quote.

Do I need to buy appliances in advance?
Not necessarily, but it is best to choose them before the kitchen design. When we know the exact models, the tall units and openings are designed once and correctly. On request we can supply appliances from leading brands ourselves.

What goes inside?
We organise the interior around your needs — shelves, drawers, pull-out hanging rails, shoe compartments, lighting. Everything is planned around what you will keep in it.

How deep should a wardrobe be?
For a wardrobe with hangers — around 60 cm, so that the clothes do not touch the doors. For a wardrobe with shelves only, for example in a hallway, around 35–45 cm is enough.

Can I have a wardrobe with mirrored doors?
Yes. Mirrored doors are especially suitable for narrow bedrooms and hallways — they make the room look bigger and serve as a full-length mirror.

Can the wardrobe be in the same style as the kitchen?
Yes. If we furnish the whole apartment, the doors of the wardrobes, hallway and kitchen can be in the same materials and colours.

Can there be lighting inside the wardrobe?
Yes. LED lighting that switches on when the door opens is planned in the design together with the power supply, so it stays hidden.

Is a fitted wardrobe suitable for a panel-block apartment?
Yes — especially with sliding doors and a mirror. It takes no space in front of it, reaches the ceiling and makes a small bedroom look bigger.

Can you make a wardrobe under the stairs or above a door?

We furnish whole apartments to one design – kitchen, wardrobes, hallway, living room, bedroom, children’s room and bathroom – with one person in charge from measuring to installation.
What custom furniture do you make?
Kitchens, wardrobes and walk-in closets, hallways, living-room furniture and TV walls, bedrooms, kids’ rooms, bathroom and utility cabinets – practically any fitted furniture for the home.
Can I order furniture for just one room?
Yes. We can make furniture just for the kitchen, bedroom or hallway. If you later decide to continue with other rooms, they will be in the same style.
Can we furnish the home in stages?
Yes. We design all the rooms at once so they share one style, and make the furniture in stages – for example the kitchen and wardrobes first, the living room and kids’ room later.
Do you make TV walls?
Yes – TV walls, wall units, bookcases and display cabinets to measure, with hidden cabling and lighting.
Do you make kids’ room furniture?
Yes – beds with storage, made-to-measure desks, shelving and wardrobes with adjustable shelves that can be rearranged as the child grows.
Do you make bathroom furniture?
Yes – vanity units, cabinets above the washing machine and tall towel units in materials suitable for damp conditions.
Can the furniture match my kitchen?
Yes. When we design several rooms, we use the same materials, colours and handles so the home looks consistent.
When should I start furnishing an apartment in a new build?
Ideally at the start of the renovation – before the electrical and plumbing points are finalised. That way the kitchen and built-in furniture are designed first, and sockets, pipes and lighting go exactly where they will be needed. We do the measuring for production once the walls are plastered and the floors or tiles are laid.

How long does furnishing a whole apartment take?
Manufacture and installation usually take 2–4 weeks in total depending on the scope. For a whole apartment we draw up a room-by-room schedule – for example the kitchen first, then wardrobes and hallway – and write the exact timeframes into the contract.

Can we start while the apartment is still being built?
Yes, for planning. Send us the architectural plan and we will start with the layout of the kitchen and built-in furniture. For production we always measure on site once the walls and floors are finished, because real dimensions almost always differ from the drawing.

Which is better for a kitchen – MDF or chipboard?
It depends on your budget and requirements – we choose materials together at the measuring visit. MDF gives a smooth surface and paints well, so it is often chosen for fronts, while chipboard is the more affordable option. Hardware is Blum with a lifetime guarantee.

Can I see material samples before ordering?
Yes. We bring samples of doors, worktops and colours to the measuring visit. You choose on the spot, and the 3D design is made to the exact measurements and the colours you picked.

What does the guarantee not cover?
The guarantee covers defects in the materials and hardware. It does not cover mechanical damage or water damage – for example a broken worktop or material swollen by water.
